DPP-250E Bubble packing Machine is designed and manufactured on the basis of DPP-250D Machine before and the advice of users.

Characters are following:

(1) The machine adopts the import frequency-converter to regulate the speed.The cutting frequency can be adjusted steplessly between 5-60 times per minute.

The cutting frequency can be adjusted according to the travel of length and the packing sample.

(2) The machine can be separated into several subsections to make it easier to carry it into the workshop.One subsection(1740mm of length) is made up of the forming and feeding units,and another subsection(1200mm of length) is made up of the hot-sealing,disjunction impressing and cutting units.

(3) The traction units are composed of feeding unit,orientation unit and scrap collecting unit.

(4) The lifts of the cams are increased to increase the running range of the stations.The maximum of the depth of bubbles reaches 26mm.

(5) The photo-electric celebrating unit is equipped to achieve the functions of celebrating the graphics and texts of printing and raise the grade of finished product.

(6) The machine is equipped with AL-AL mold,PL-AL mold or rigid capsule feeder according to the demand of users.

(7) The machine is equipped with touching press-button or PLC man-machine interface control system according to the demand of users.
