NJP-1200-3(for export) Fully automatic capsule filling machine is the newest designed equipment adopting the advanced technology of the world and integrating the real situation of China. The machine is very beautiful, decent, easy to operate, humanism made.
The machine has equipped with automatic vacuum inhaling powder device and automatic feeding capsules devices, which reduces the intensity of the workers. All the operation is conducted on the touching screen, which has completely realized the automatic operation concept. The machine has called ROBOT by the clients at home and abroad.
This unit with many user-friendly features and technology such as:
l Touching-Screen, PLC program control panel with LCD.
l Capsule vacuum positioned mechanism to make the capsule qualified over 99%.
l Removable powder hopper for cleaning and easy auger adjustment easy to change fills weights.
l Easy speed selection and closed capsule length adjustment.
l Electrical Appliance control system approved to CE, and international standard.
l Quick and accurate change part set-up, easy to remove rotary table and ring carrier assembly.
l Fully enclosed dosing stations and rotating table for integration of the whole capsule filling plants.
l Large cam mechanism keeps the rotating table of mould together with the whole equipment running with balance, and completely guarantees the machine operating with highest precision and accuracy.
New Design of Fully Enclosed Rotating Table:
l With high efficiency, accuracy, and energy saving.
l Easier to clean, dismantle and re set-up the mould.
l The working station cam runs under the good lubricating condition, extends the operating life of change parts.
l Improved the inner design of Mould rotating table, Import 90 pcs beeline bearings for each machine from Japan directly, guaranteed the equipment precision and extended the life of machine.
New Design of Fully Enclosed Dosage Station:
l Easier to clean; keep the dosage in accuracy.
l Enlarge the size of dosage pan (Enlarge 3cm); Increase the powder flowing uniformity in the dosage pan, according to the international standard.
l Adopt three dimensional control elements; Take the undersurface plane of dosage as datum, so as to eliminate the natural transmutation of the dosage pan and copper saucer. Its the special design at domestic (Patent No. 20042006795X).
