Summary:

the cutting-off teeth on the centrifugal turntable turning at a high speed cuts the input cylindrical strip material into short cylindrical strip material into short cylindrical granulates of same length(in certain proportion to diameter of column). Due to combined action of centrifugal force of turntable, friction force between granulate and teeth plate, canister wall and granulate, and the air push force between turntable and material canister wall, all granulates are in three-dimensional helical rolling movement, forming an even rubbing action to manufacture granulates into spheroids.

This machine is composed of charge chute, material groove, turntable, discharge device, transmission device, ventilating and dehumidifying device (optional), machine cabinet, control system, pneumatic system.
