   MODEL DGS-350 LIQUID BFS AUTO-FORM FILLING MACHINE is applicable for liquid, sticky, semi-sticky and so on. This machine can be used for medicine, food, health care products, cosmetic. It also can be used in industry ,agriculture and other similarity products. The machine called BFS machine internationally can finish forming, filling and sealing.

This machine is the multifunctional machine that integrates machinery, electric, gas and water. We adopt stainless steel as the most part of the machine , which meets the demand of GMP Standard . PLC control and stepless frequency control of the electric part made the speed faster and control easier. The system of making bottles, calculating, filling, sealing to come out the finished product all in the same machine. In the traditional pipeline, we must have cleaning, sterilizing, drying, carrying, filling and putting liquid processing. This machine can solve all the problems. It have small area and few operators, reduce the cost. Especially in the filling system, we adopt wriggling automatic filling system, which made the filling finished in the pipeline, at the same time it reduced the pollution, furthermore we only need to wash the pipeline, and it is convenient. This system have got patent of the country yet. The machine has beautiful appearance, carry conveniently, use easily and became popular in the customer.

2. Theory

Two spools of PVC/PE films are pushed into pre-heatingpre-forming and forming unit through the clamping mechanism, the formed bottle were send to cutting unit, in this unit become one board ,one by one, then the cutted boards will drop into the flute and be carried to the filling system by the transverse manipulator, before filling, the censorate would check if there is a board, and at the filling system to have filling. The longitudinal manipulator bring boards to the end heatingfirst end sealingsecond end sealingprinting unit, cutting unit, and cutting apart, then the pre-designed boards were formed, at last they were transferred by the small conveyer beltbig conveyer belt to the box.
