This equipment is used in counting and filling operation on solid tablet(such as medicine tablet, sugar tablet, tablet, soft and hard capsule and other shapes tablet) and other similar solid tablet in pharmaceutical field.

CCD-16 multifunctional electric counting and filling machine adopts most advanced CCD-16 electric counting technology, adopts imported high speed control computer, and with whole Chinese dynamic pictures display control system with man and machine interface, all adjustment parameters and be setted and adjusted. Inner device of equipment can instore 10 units parameters, adjustment is no need on products exchange; it has automatic diagnose purpose on errors, and has alarm system and display system easily and conveniently.

When it is working, it puts the material into the top hopper, and vabriate the material sending machine by suitable adjustment of primary, intermediate and end grade, makes the stack material gradually falling to the mouth of hopper in continual liners. Connect to grains continually test way, through CCD lens make test signal to high speed PLC programmable controller, can then reach counting purpose by circuit and program cooperation, it can ensure its precise on counting, bottles be sent by conveyor, when the amount of filling reach PLC program setting, it can be changed by pneumatic device. 

    Working Principle:

a) When the material is added to material hopper, through three grades vibration convey area, make the material has euough distance, avoid overlap material falling in to the counting test area, and then lead to disturb precise of counting in test system.

b) Counting test of falling material can be reached by CCD carmera lens. All the ways of general couting machine should be installed a photoelectric induce component, but CCD technoloy just need 1-2 test system totally (basically one CCD teat system can covered the width of 8-10 ways of general electric counting machine), form this point, CCD has the absolute advantage, when it finished the installment and adjustment, it doesnt need any amendment and setting in the future working, and easier on material exchange.

  Secondly, every induce component of general electric counting machine should be near to routeway, but CCD test system can be far away from routeway. Thus, for the powder in tablet vibration of general counting machine has big effects on precise of counting (because vibriation hopper is near to the routeway). But for CCD counting machine, it has no such effect.
