Detailed Product Description

This combining line consists of single machines, such as QCA ultrasonic ampoule cleaning machine, SZA400/8 sterilizing and drying machine and DGA6/1-20 ampoule filling and sealing machine. While in operation, the combining line fulfils the processes of water-jetting, water-filling, ampoule-cleaning with ultrasonic, water and air flow alternately, drying, sterilizing, cooling, filling ampoules with nitrogen and liquid medicines and sealing.

All the procedures in production are completed hermetically and continuously. Some key procedures are protected by grade 100 laminar flow purified air. It meets the requirements of GMP codes. The combining line features stable and reliable operation, little ground occupation and high efficiency. Ampoules of multiple specifications can be used after changing a few parts. This combining line has come up to the level of 1980s in respect of performance, and replaces the imported products of its kind.
