New type high-quality and high-yield full auto-production linked line with washing machine, oven, filling and capping machine is specially designed to produce oral liquid bottles. It is in accordance with GMP standard. It consists of model QCLX40 vertical washing machine, model GMSU-400W tunnel with mesh-belt type sterilizing oven, model KGZ8 oral liquid bottle filling and capping machine. It is equipped with advanced instruments which are produced both inside and outside the country and features high productive capacity, high technology quality, stable and reliable function and beautiful outward. It is suitable for producing the oral liquid of various specifications. It can complete some process-steps such as ultrasonic coarse washing; the washing and spraying alternately using water and steam; drying and sterilizing; and filling and capping. The unit equipment composed in this line may be used separately.
