This production linked line is designed to the production of powder medicine and has been followed the GMP standard fully. It consists of model XCQ-IV ultrasonic type bottle washing machine (for coarse washing), model XCQ-VI ultrasonic type bottle washing machine (for fine washing), model GMSU-400W tunnel with mesh-belt sterilizing over and series KGF microcomputer controlled screw bolt type separate filler. It is equipped with advance instruments which are produced both inside and outside the country. And so, it features stable function, low noise, convenient commission and maintenance. It is suitable for producing the antibiotic bottles of various specifications. The single machine of this production line may be used separately. Whole operating procedures is all way under the protection of 100 stage laminar flow purifying device, and so, the production quality conforms to GMP standard and has passed Quality Certificate from British ITS Company.
